Returns & Refunds Policy

At Wallpaper Parade, customer satisfaction is very important to us.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • unused
  • unopened
  • in original packaging
  • in resalable condition

Please note that custom-made, personalised and bespoke wallpaper orders are non-returnable unless faulty, damaged or incorrect.

How to request a return

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include:

  • your order number
  • the reason for the return
  • photos if the item is faulty or damaged

Return address details will be provided by email once your return request has been approved.

Refunds

Once the returned wallpaper is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days back to the original payment method.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders

If your wallpaper arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for faulty or incorrect products only.

Delivery and return window

The returns period starts after your order has been delivered, in line with our stated delivery timeframes.
